The Convention Center provides two wireless microphones, one lectern, and two reception desks for free with rental. More equipment is available and will be charged according to the Center’s Equipment Rental Price List. |

One rental session is four hours. For overtime usage of less than one hour, an overtime charge of 1/4 of the session rate will incur. For overtime usage of over one hour and under four hours, an overtime charge of one session rate will incur. |
|
No extra charge for pre-event setup and post-event cleanup under 30 minutes. |
